TASKCLANStart building ↗ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
What you can’t build here.
The line between what Taskclan is for and what it is not. These rules protect people, the platform and everyone building on it.

Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Taskclan, its APIs, SDKs, products and services. It is part of our Terms of Service. Violating it may result in suspension or termination.
You are responsible for your use of Taskclan, for anyone you allow to use your account, and for all content you submit or generate.
Prohibited activities
You may not use Taskclan to:
- Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- Distribute malware, ransomware or other malicious code.
- Engage in fraud, phishing, spam or deceptive practices.
- Harass, threaten, defame or harm others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.
Prohibited AI uses
Because Taskclan is an AI platform, the following are specifically prohibited:
- Deception at scale. Generating disinformation, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or content that impersonates a real person or organization to deceive.
- Non-consensual and exploitative media. Sexual content involving minors (which we report to authorities), non-consensual intimate imagery, or deepfakes intended to defraud or harm.
- Dangerous capabilities. Guidance to create weapons, or biological, chemical, radiological or nuclear harm.
- Unlawful surveillance. Mass surveillance, biometric tracking or social scoring that violates human rights or applicable law.
- Discrimination. Automated decisions that unlawfully discriminate on protected characteristics.
- High-risk decisions without oversight. Using AI as the sole basis for consequential decisions (credit, employment, housing, medical, legal) without meaningful human review and required disclosures.
Platform security and integrity
To keep Taskclan reliable for everyone, you may not:
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, filters or safety systems.
- Reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service except as expressly permitted.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform without authorization (see our Security disclosure process).
- Overload or disrupt infrastructure, or interfere with other customers’ use.
Content responsibility
You are responsible for the inputs you provide and how you use outputs. Where you deploy AI to interact with your own users, you must comply with applicable AI-transparency and consumer-protection laws, including disclosing AI use where required.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, throttling, restricting features, suspending or terminating access, and removing content. Where the law requires or life or safety is at risk, we may report to authorities. We aim to be proportionate and, where practical, to give notice.
Reporting abuse
To report a violation of this policy, email hello@taskclan.com with "AUP" in the subject line, or use our contact page.
